Warranty & Return Policies

RETURNS

30 Day Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt - see below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following:

 

  • Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with materials intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Restocking Fees:  A 20% restocking fee.


No Return Items
:  There are no returns on any custom-cut screen products. Custom products were made specifically for your order and we cannot accept a  return.


Return Process:
  To return a product, the above conditions must be met. Furthermore, we require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:

 

  • Call 1-800-823-6677 or email customerservice@agigroup.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please include your order # with all correspondence
  • Warehouse must receive item within 15 days of an RA# being issued.
  • Report via phone 1-800-823-6677 or email customerservice@agigroup.com a tracking number to customer service.l Please include your order number with all correspondence
  • Items returned without an RA number cannot be credited

Refunds:  All credits will be issued after receipt of returned items and warehouse inspection approval.

 

Cancellations:  If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.

 

WARRANTY

AGI Group, Inc. warrants the Bella Retractable Screen for a period of 1 year from date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship.

 

Exclusions: AGI Group, Inc. will not be responsible for any Bella Screen damaged by shipping, acts of God, accidental or intentional damage, improper installation and any damage caused by use of the product it was not intended for.

 

Limitation of Warranty: Except as set forth in this warranty, AGI Group, Inc. makes no warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. AGI Group, Inc. will in no event be liable for consequential damages arising out of any breach of any expressed or implied warranty. AGI Group’s liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the Bella Retractable Screen excluding freight, taxes, installation and or any damages that may have occurred during installation and or removal of the Bella Retractable Screen.

 

Claim Procedures: Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing to: AGI Group, Inc., Warranty Department, 8151 Blaikie Court, Sarasota, FL 34240. AGI Group will review the claim and if AGI Group deems the claim to be proper a return authorization number will be sent via Email or US Mail to the customer. All items returned for warranty must be received prepaid and the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

 

AGI Group will at its sole discretion repair and or replace any items found to be defective. The product will be returned prepaid to the customer.
